Dr. Cheng has many years of cell therapy product development experience and qualifications in biotechnology company management. He was the general manager of a listed stem cell biomedical park branch. During his tenure, he led the development of a new drug for stem cell treatment of cirrhosis / fibrosis (GXHPC1). Industry-academia cooperation, technology transfer, entry into the Hsinchu Biomedical Park, establishment of a clinical cell laboratory in compliance with GTP, GXHPC1 passed new drug development regulations, set the GXHPC1 process and product specifications, GXHPC1 prototype and trial production, and promoted GXHPC1 preclinical Trials (including effectiveness tests, safety tests, and CMC data establishment), applicant clinical trials (including GTP field visits by TFDA, review of relevant responses), and the introduction of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and GTP quality systems, and develop a health food can increase endogenous stem cells. Dr. Cheng received doctor of Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, master of Management Science from National Cheng Kung University, and holds several international certificates, such as PMP, NPDP.
